What is DOTR?
The DiscoverontheRock eNeighborhood is a celebration of the history, culture and craftsmanship of the communities of the Rock River Basin. Our goal is to highlight the stories and offerings of each individual town, and the region as a whole, which in turn will energize progress by extending an invitation to our own citizens, businesses and the broader audience to share and support our hometown lifestyle and creative economy.
DiscoverontheRock is a web based neighborhood of the communities within the Rock River Basin, from Watertown to the north to Rockford in the south, powered by the unstoppable energy of the amazing people who live, play and work here. We invite everyone to join in. The 'Welcome Mat' is on the porch and the lemonade on the table. Welcome to our eNeighborhood!
