What is DOTR?

The DiscoverontheRock eNeighborhood is a celebration of the history, culture and craftsmanship of the communities of the Rock River Basin. Our goal is to highlight the stories and offerings of each individual town, and the region as a whole, which in turn will energize progress by extending an invitation to our own citizens, businesses and the broader audience to share and support our hometown lifestyle and creative economy. 12 more communities, making a total of 17, from Watertown to the north, Rockford to the south, and Lake Geneva to the east will be joining the eNeighborhood in 2010!
